Himalayan Cliff Honey

Sourced from the Apis laboriosa (the world’s largest honey bee), this rare nectar is harvested across 15+ high-altitude districts at elevations exceeding 6,200 feet. More than just honey, it represents a 500-year-old cultural legacy of the traditional honey-hunting communities of Nepal. Renowned for its unique euphoric and medicinal properties, this honey is characterized by the presence of naturally occurring grayanotoxins.

Available Harvest Profiles:
  • Spring Harvest: High-potency nectar collected during the peak Himalayan rhododendron bloom.
  • Autumn Harvest: A robust, deeply aromatic honey with balanced medicinal properties.
  • The Rare Harvest: An exclusive, limited-tonnage selection from the most remote, untouched cliffs.

MUSTARD HONEY

Our Mustard Honey is a premium monofloral variety, harvested from the vast mustard fields of Nepal’s mid-hill and Terai regions. We operate a direct-from-source procurement network, partnering with local farmers and beekeepers who specialize in traditional apiary management.

Once sourced, the honey is processed in our facility to preserve its dense nutritional profile, rich in B-complex vitamins, essential minerals (Calcium, Iron, Phosphorus), and bioactive enzymes.

Butter Tree Honey

Butter Tree Honey is a 100% natural, monofloral variety collected from the nectar of the Chiuri tree (Diploknema butyracea). These trees thrive in the mid-hills, the Siwalik range, and the Himalayan foothills of Nepal, at altitudes up to 1,500 meters.

This honey is deeply intertwined with the heritage of the indigenous Chepang community, where the Chiuri tree is so highly valued that it is traditionally gifted as a dowry in marriages.

Buckwheat Honey

Buckwheat Honey is a robust, dark-amber monofloral honey sourced from the nectar of Buckwheat blossoms (Fagopyrum esculentum). Widely grown in the mid-hills and high-altitude regions of Nepal, Buckwheat is considered a quintessential Himalayan superfood due to its dense nutritional profile.

Our beekeepers strategically source this honey from bees foraging in these high-elevation fields, capturing the plant's potent benefits in liquid form.

Rudhilo Honey

Rudhilo Honey is a high-purity medicinal nectar derived from the blossoms of the Pogostemon benghalensis tree. Harvested exclusively during the post-monsoon window, the peak flowering period in Nepal’s mid-hills, this honey is recognized for its high efficacy in clearing respiratory pathways, anti-inflammatory properties for women’s wellness, and bioactive compounds that support skin cell vitality.

Masala Honey

Masala Honey is a distinctive monofloral honey derived from the nectar of Eucalyptus globulus, locally known as Masala, growing across Nepal’s mid-hills and the Siwalik range.

Naturally rich in volatile compounds and antioxidants, this variety is valued for its refreshing profile and functional appeal, particularly in respiratory and wellness-focused applications.

Putka Honey

Putka Honey is an extremely rare and elite medicinal honey produced by stingless bees (Apis melipona) native to the high-biodiversity regions of Nepal. It has traditionally been utilized as a “first aid” honey for its healing properties, owing to its superior antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory characteristics.

Scientifically recognized for its exceptional antioxidant density, Putka Honey is rich in trehalulose a rare, low-glycemic sugar making it one of the most sought-after natural compounds for advanced wellness applications.

Cerana Honey

Cerana Honey is a raw, high-altitude nectar collected from traditional wooden and stone-walled hives, often built directly into the walls of Himalayan dwellings. Produced by the indigenous Apis cerana bee, this light, floral honey captures the wild botanical essence of Nepal’s remote districts. It is harvested using ancestral methods that preserve the honey’s complex enzyme profile and natural pollen content, reflecting the untouched purity of the high-altitude environment.

Litchi Honey

Litchi Honey is a naturally aromatic nectar crafted from the blossoms of the Litchi chinensis tree. It is distinguished by its light, fruity profile and a high concentration of floral, rose-like esters, offering a refined taste profile for specialized applications. Because it is harvested during a narrow flowering window, it maintains a clean, exotic character and a high enzymatic density.

White Honey

White Honey is a rare, light-pigmented nectar harvested from the extreme alpine zones of the Himalayas, at altitudes ranging between 10,000 and 15,000 feet. Sourced from high-elevation blooms, including White Clover, Alfalfa, Fireweed, and Walnut blossoms, this honey is collected by the indigenous Apis cerana bee.

Cream Honey

Cream Honey is a high-viscosity, naturally spreadable nectar achieved through a precision-controlled crystallization process. By managing the nucleation of honey crystals at specific temperatures, we transform liquid honey into a smooth, thick, and velvety state. This mechanical process is strictly cold-chain regulated, ensuring that the honey’s diastase activity, delicate enzymes, and floral esters remain 100% bio-available and intact.
